Prior to placing a bid on an auction item or purchasing a “Buy it Now” item, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions in regards to the item. Just click the “Ask a Question” link at the bottom of the item page. All eBay buyers are responsible for knowing whether or not the item you are bidding on/purchasing is compatible for your needs. We will answer all questions received within 24 hours of receiving them Monday-Friday. E-mails will not be responded to on Saturday or Sundays. If you do not receive a response, please check your email filters to see if our return email was rejected.

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays.

Payment Info

All payments for auction items won are due within five (5) days from when the auction ended. All payments for “Buy It Now” items are due immediately. We only accept PayPal for all purchases made through eBay. If you are purchasing an item which is “Local Pick Up”, you may pay cash or credit card when you arrive to pick up the item. 8% sales tax is added to all California state resident purchases. If you hold a valid CA Reseller License, please fax it us at 951-371-2051. A new invoice minus the sales tax will only be generated once we have a valid copy of the license on file.

If you fail to pay for an item after 5 days from its closing date, we will send the item to eBay’s Resolution Center to either receive payment for the item or to recover our eBay Final Value Fees.

Canceling a bid:
We understand that mistakes happen. If you place a bid on one of our listings by mistake, please contact us immediately! We will only cancel bids on items which are reported to us within a reasonable amount of time. We will not cancel any bid on an item that has 24 hours or less remaining on its listing.

Items will be shipped through UPS or USPS at our discretion. We do our best to ship all items paid for in full by 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Tracking numbers for all items shipped will be emailed to the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account. These e-mails are generated once the package has been picked up from our facility. There is an extra charge if you would like to have any other type of shipping option besides the one we originally list with your item description. If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure they arrive safe to your door.We do not ship to any location outside of the continual lower 48 United States.  We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. All shipping addresses must be confirmed by PayPal. It is not our responsibility if your PayPal information is not up to date. Buyers are fully responsible for all fees/charges associated with recovering any package sent to an incorrect address due to the buyer having the wrong shipping information on their PayPal account. Buyers pay for return shipping on all items.  Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.

If you live near our Corona, CA facility and want to waive the shipping cost of the item you purchased, just leave us a note on the “Message to the Seller” area of your PayPal invoice telling us what day you will be by to pick up your item. Please bring a copy of your PayPal Order Details page which has your name and item number.

Return Policy / Warranty Policy

If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will do everything within our power to correct the problem. If it is necessary for an item to be returned, you can send it back to us at: GWS Inc.

 All items sent back for return/exchange must have the eBay item number of the item you are returning/exchanging clearly written on the box or shipping label . 
Do not throw away the original packaging items (box, bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.), as we will not reimburse for any additional shipping supplies needed to return an item.
We will either repair or replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost. If we cannot repair or replace your item, we will issue you a full refund + the cost of return shipping of the item back to us. Just include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping with your item.

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving a “Tested Working” or “Powers Up” item if it is DOA (Dead On Arrival). We will begin the Return/Exchange Process immediately. Any DOA item that is reported after 72 hours will not be covered by the 30 day warranty.

There is no warranty for items sold as “For parts or  not working”. We have no idea if these items work, are partially/fully functional or contain any/all original parts . There are no refunds or exchanges offered for any of these items. 

Restocking Fee:
Any item purchased and returned within the 30 day warranty period because the buyer does not need the item, does not like the item anymore, (aka Buyer’s Remorse) etc., will be assessed a 15% restocking fee when processing the refund through Pay Pal. 

PC, Laptop & LCD Monitor Warranty Information:
All PCs, Laptops and LCD Monitors described as “Tested Working” come with a 30 day warranty from the date you receive your item(s). (This does not include “For parts or not working” items) 

The warranty covers the PCs, Laptops & LCD Monitor hardware against functional defects. 
It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. 
It does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. 
Any PC/Laptop/LCD Monitor sent back to us within the 30 day warranty period that shows signs of tampering, damage or any other sign of wear which was not present when originally sold and shipped, will have the item sent back at the buyer’s expense. Pictures will be taken of the item upon the discovery of any of these signs and a shipping invoice will be sent to the buyer's e-mail address on file with Pay Pal. We will reship the item back to the buyer once the invoice is paid in full.

Laptop Batteries (For laptop purchases only): 
Laptop batteries are not covered under any warranty. By their nature, batteries do not typically have long lives and are generally quite unpredictable. We test all laptop batteries to ensure that they function but have no way of knowing how long they will last. We recycle any battery that is blinking or holding no charge. We also guarantee that your laptop will work perfectly off of the AC adapter which is included with your purchase.
